Morgan & Claypool produces our books via Print-on-Demand through Lightning Source, Inc. (a division of Ingrams). Orders processed through the bookstore are shipped via the postal services of the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Orders processed by our warehouse are shipped via UPS Ground Residential. In Canada, we ship via UPS Canada Ground. All other locations outside North America, we ship via DHL World Wide Priority.
Returns for Universities / Retail / Wholesale / International Distributors
• Returns authorization must be submitted in writing. On approval, 10% of each line item ordered can be credited (1 out of every 10 copies ordered per invoice can be returned).
• Returns will be accepted no earlier than 10 days from the invoice and will not be accepted later than 180 days from the invoice date.
• Returned publications must be in print and in new condition.
• The return paperwork must reference the original invoice number and the return must include a copy of the original invoice.
• Credit will not be issued for any titles lost or damaged in transit to our warehouse.
• Credit for approved and accepted returns will be issued at the price invoiced.
• Refused returns will be sent back with the appropriate freight bill for the return shipping cost.
• Damaged and/or incorrect shipments must be reported to customer service within 20 days of receipt.
